All content, features, and functionality of BigTools are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you process through our tools. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BigTools is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- • Results from our tools will be accurate or reliable
- • Defects will be corrected
- • Our servers are free of viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BigTools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds are not available for partial months or after the 30-day period.
